Can't divulge, If it becomes widespread, MTNL may close the loop.
afterall, getting a connection worth 9000/- for 1/10th of it's cost is no small thing, & if leaked, can be easily detected & then will be closed immediately.

I was on 8mbps speed ON MTNL.But never gave problem free running, ADSL used to hand every 2 hrs.MTNL sucks big time!!
