^I disagree.In almost all cases, you won't even need to go to the court and just visiting the exchange might do your job. And even in the case of a rarity, such court cases are solved in less than 3 months. (acc to my experience) And don't ever try the "do it or I'll go to court" tone with the MTNL babus 'cause that might inflate their heads even further and after that, you'll be happy to even get 2 kbps.(why does everyone on this thread use SO MANY smilies??)
