Its a Question
Well. My problem has been solved by Mtnl People. They Said " They changed my Line". Iam now once again Synced back to 2048------> Downstream and Upstream as 256. With no connectivity issues.

Well the speeds are increased and iam enjoying it once again. But my SNR Downstream is 11 and the upstream is 22. That worries me

i guess u have/had IPTV, as per ur post in ur other thread. may be u just need to call 1504 and tell them u r getting very less speed.

@amish I can't even get thru to 1504. Always busy ... now for three days in a row. Emails are not answered either. I now have to visit them and work up a solution. So .... I need guidance on what issues in the above report to discuss: SNR margin, Line Attneuation, etc. Please anyone ... guidance please.

did u take up issue to consumer grievance dept of MTNL? they wud give u phone number of right person. the number is on back of tel bil.

friends i too face this similar problem, shifted from SIFY to TRIBAND, DSL NU 849, started from OCT. i was getting speeds of 800Kbps avg in OCT , but from 1st NOV my avg speed is just 200Kbps. can some1 guide me how shall i get REAL GOOD speeds, my calls to 1504 yeild no result, i have collected more than 15 complain numbers. somebody plz help me.
