Installation may be over, but comments can continue. Others also can post their experiences re. installation in this thread.

I asked him as per his ethics. It is upto you all to have ethics or not.

This is only possible if you are watching the recorded content while recording the current programmes on the two tuners. Other wise watching a live program while recording two other programs is quite impossible.
oops..ya thats what i meant .sorry for it was misleading.

installation and all was fine, and the usage is what is awesome. i can manage to watch 2 movies per day..m just waiting to watch T20 on my plus. No missing any matches this year.:yahoo:

I am also doing the same by watching 2 movies a day........along with Wrestling shows......Arasi Serial.......Kana Kanum Kalangal.......Sportscentre....:yahoo:

I have got one query as i encountered this issue yesterday.....i.e., yesterday i was recording WWE programme Afterburn from Tensports from 10.30 PM and a Movie Blade in UTV bindass........but around 10.45 Electricity went off and came back again by 10.50 PM...........the issue is that when i switched back my TS+............in the recorded stuff the WWE Show and the movie recorded till 10.45 did not get recorded rather it started to record the programme again from 10.50 PM........Yesterday i felt that when electricity power goes off while you record a programme it does not get recorded.........does any one encountered this issue.........

To avoid this, use 1 KVA ups for ur STB, it cost around 3.5K and its back up will available more than a hour for ur stb only. :yahoo:

Just now i have invested 7500 for the TS+..........i cant afford another 3.5 K......... Any ways that was a good solution and also its not a major issue as the prgrammes and movies are telecasted repeated again and i recorded it in the morning time........

Aju, U already in Annual pack Rs.3100/-, then why did u go for Mega annual pack:huh:. U just buy TS+ and save Rs. 5000/-

FYI- I bought Annual Super Saver Pack for Rs. 3000 which inlcudes ESS & Tensports Sports Channel........the expiry date of this pack is on May 12th............When i was purchasing TS+ i surrendered my Annual Super Saver Pack and then subscribed to Mega Pack this enabled me to buy TS+ for Rs 5000 rather than buying it for Rs. 6000 with Super Saver PAck.......i made several calculation and i thought mega pack is worth for me so went ahead and i bought.......

May be TS+ didn't consider such scenarios and if recording is stopped due to power failure, new recording is overwriting earlier recording.
In the service which I am working, if such scenario happens, recording gets split, but both parts are getting recorded.
