Need some review of new BSNL Bharat Fiber FTTH Broadband Plans 777 / 1277

Could any 1 tell me what's the maximum transfer rate they been getting on FTTH 777 Plan?

what do you mean by transfer rate? you mean speed/bandwith?

@raman07 I never checked upload speeds in real scenario other than p2p where max I ever got was 2.8 MBps but average was 1.7

@Tarang Taneja @mayank yadav I got the internet working yesterday I reported to BSNL about the issue and they said your connection is not activated yet so they activated the plan from there in around 30 minutes and now the internet is working fine.

BTW I am also on 777, but lately having some ping issues, and the connection has been down twice a month. It is good until and unless it disconnects, once that happens they take atleast 2 days to get it back up. The plan and quality of connection is super but what sucks is the quality of service

Try 1.1.1.1 as primary dns and 1.0.0.1 as secondary dns(It’s cloud flare DNS better than Google DNS) in your router settings it should improve your ping

Try 1.1.1.1 as primary dns and 1.0.0.1 as secondary dns(It’s cloud flare DNS better than Google DNS) in your router settings it should improve your ping

the modem-router provided by bsnl doesnot have option to change dns

Because of their inability to diagnose and resolve a network issue i shifted to Airtel FTTH today and i am getting 130Mbps on a plan of 100Mbps DL and UL. also getting 500GB instead of 270GB for the same cost.

@mayank yadav I don't have airtel in my area, however bsnl 777 plan gives 500 GB/month too
