I would confirm this. The Tata Sky no. for BSNL/MTNL Lines is NOT TOLL-FREE. My family has a PCO and I have confirmed this using the pay phone which runs on the exchange pulse. The nos. are charged. Also I have not seen Tata Sky advertise the numbers anywhere as being Toll Free.

Just spent valuable money on std calling them up. Still no date of return of the sports channel.The reply was "Negotiations are ongoing with the channel broadcaster and all efforts are being made from our end to sort it out"
