I've just purchased a new router from Netgeat "JNR3000" when I'm about to configure the setting i realize that router can't detect the cable from beam.. as well as no light indicate that in the router.. like it wasn't there at allstill when I'm try to connect directly through my PC the concoction is working.. so i try to use my old beam router connect the beam cable with it then i took one LAN cable and plugged in through my new router and guess what.. it worksvery weird, can anyone tell me whats going on? why is the router can detect any cable but not beam!
note:i realize when I'm connecting directly through my PC the LAN port gives only orange light instead of the regular green and orange.. does this have to do with Netgear router? or does beam use some sort of non standard cable port?

just beam tech guys came today.. they almost gave up to solve this "Magic" problem until they try to isolate the beam cable from any other electrical wire and magically it works!
my beam cable was close to an inventer with big battery.. seems there was an interfere between them, these magnetic field seems to get very serious about this stuff!
