Night Unlimited in Business Plus-2000?

i was thinking of taking a Tata Indicom Broadband connection and was wondering if the 9pm-9am unlimited pack @ 99 would be available in the Business Plus - 2000 postpaid plan also, just like it is available in the Quick Power 180/360 plans?and are uploads counted in tata indicom?and how much time do they take for giving a new connection?that's itthank you
