No Internet on Reliance Jio AirFiber for almost a month!

I had installed Jio Air fibre on 7th November and paid an amount of 7400 and till today Internet was not working. Almost 1 months has passed and the sales team or technical team who had installed are not lifting my calls and I had raised complaints almost 20 times but no resolution till date

Your best option might be to raise an issue through the Government's CPGRAMS portal itself.

Its a scam by reliance. I am facing issues since last more than a month. Raised 3 SRs, which got closed without giving any resolution. Raised CPGRAMS grievance, which again got closed by giving false updates from their side. Finally raised an appeal in CPGRAMS but again its almost 2 weeks but nothing changed. Written multitple emails including Mr Mukesh Ambani, tagged them on FB but looks they dont care as they know what they are doing. Its a fixed game so now I have lost all the hopes that if they will do anything. No one seems to care including DOT.

I've installed Jio Airfiber on Nov 21st and paid for annual subscription.
Internet never worked beyond 5 mbps till last Sunday and from last Sunday (07/01/2024) it stopped working completely.
No customer care services, technician don't pick the call, tickets are not closed, no one visits.
National consumer helpline tickets are closed without resolving.

Jio AirFiber is running like shit 24/7 in my area.
Sadly, you can't get a refund due to their policy at best if you desire so, you can keep spamming complains until you get a workaround.

I totally agree with all the negative reviews. I am also facing the same problem. Totally shameless company. Never bothers to attend to complaints. I unnecessarily took a 1 year service. I am waiting to throw the jio connection into the dustbin.
