OneDrive upload speed limited to 5mbps on Airtel

Further testing with How to use SharePoint Migration Tool - Migrate to Microsoft 365 reveals, that microsoft has artificially limited the upload speed. Use this tool to have unrestricted upload speed. I was able to saturate 1gbps.

SharePoint and OneDrive is not same.
I uploaded 1 GB file on SharePoint and it happened in ~5 min on my 100 Mbps Jio connection within organization VPN.

Speeds on SharePoint and onedrive are equivalent. You upload to onedrive as well from that tool.

Can confirm, OneDrive has horrendous transfer speeds for both Windows and MacOS clients. Microsoft support forums are filled with threads complaining about the same. I have never gotten more than 30mbps xfer rate, across 4 ISPs - Airtel, Netplus, Jio and BSNL in the past 3-4 years.

Today I uploaded 500MB+ of photos into OneDrive from iPhone App. I could easily touch 110Mbps upload speed.

Facing very slow speed on Uploading on Onedrive! is the problem solved, or is the airtel still an issue?

I get an upload speed of approx 5.5 MBps to OneDrive and Mega. It's approx 10 MBps to Google. Of course this varies from time to time and it's not consistent.

@Dravin bhai kiska sad life? What speed are you getting is it Mbps or MBps? I forgot to mention above that I am on VPN so those speeds are withVPN switched on

@Chip Getting 230 Mbps on SpeedTest but 2-5 Mbps on Uploading on OneDrive.
