ok i understand this official thing problem.

But when i was in searching on the net abt d2h i found that there ar lot of reports/complaints on forums that the Sound quality is not up to the mark(some say video too).
Hence i would like to know that are u 'aware' of this issue and will increasing transponder capacity in the coming months will really help that?
actually this is the only thing which is holding me from going in for d2h now.

Can I get a HD-DVR and subscribe to normal packs like the one I have now (Diamond Pack with Malayalam World addon)? Because, I need only the recording facility, no need of HD as I have a 25" CRT TV? Is this possible?I had bought the normal STB connection online. Can I get the HD-DVR online as they say the online purchase of HD-DVR is available only in select cities? Is Ulhasnagar, Maharashtra covered?
