i get at least 600Kbps from my Hathway Connection, but i found that the youtube videos wont stream properly. The download speed from youtube isn't great for me. My question is does youtube streaming depend on ping?

but low resolution ones should work well. But, i heard somewhere, ACT Review thread if i'm right. A guy said with lower ping, the streaming will be good/fast.
