I am also facing the same issue from december 8 my speed become 0 in every 10 second i have done the recharge of 4200 i dont know why its happing i called coustomer care and spoke with senior person Mr salish he is the most senior person who is taking care of the 3g network he told he has escalated the isssue but form reply was every thing is fine from their end i think we all have to call again mr salish to make him aware that this is the legal issue and he need to take it up seriously .
please call you all who is having speed 0 problem to coustomer care and tell them we want to talk senior person Mr salish
once you connected to him tell him that this is the issue and please take it up
i called him multiple times but he is thinking that this is not at all any issue .
please post if you still have this issue or it has been rectified

same issue here, problem is customer care takes a long time to respond, i tired to call them couple of times, got tired of the hold music and disconnected.
yeap same here from 23dec it is gone haywire the ip was static for me from the time i took conx is changed everytime i reconnect the ip changes which was not the scenario and i used to get a speed of 2.8mbs and now i am only getting max of 1.1mbs
I am in HSR itself, but speeds are running very low from past one week and lot of fluctuation and spikes, torrent downloads are slower, direct files the speed ie faster, also browsing is slow.
