300 Mbps is not a lot of bandwidth, nor 600 Mbps is for the GPON. I'd suggest you escalate this with Airtel.
If you believe it's a FAT BOX thing; get them to move to a different box.

@Lolita_Magnum I am always getting 500+ download on singtel sgp server. This shows bandwidth throttling aint a problem. What might be wrong?
