Pppoe not connecting after plan upgrade

It's been 6 hours my pppoe is not connecting after my plan for upgraded to fiber premium .

this happened when i had adsl connection..the only way this can be fixed is by complaining to lco or pg portal

@KaKaRot820 pppoe is connecting , getting IP and disconnecting again and again . About complaint I think it'll only work on Monday now as Sunday is holiday.
