Did you ever had a problem with auto renewal ?

Signed up a year ago today with debit card no problem.

Can't log in now on the mobile app says expired and asks me to choose monthly or yearly payment options.

my account is set to auto renew using Amazon pay (usa edition). has worked twice on yearly recharge. need to remember to have a valid card in that account though. not sure if their payment gateway can auto credit an indian debit card considering how messy rbi has made things here.
 
well the debit card worked flawlessly the first time at signup , and has international transactions enabled , so I thought it should work.
Can still login on the windows app though.
Bummer if the auto renew doesn't work , got a pretty sweet deal last year ($29/Year).

Edit: maybe I should wait another 2 days before thinking of doing something
 
i mean manual payment with otp is different from otp-less automated transaction. and then there is the thing with local (Amazon auto fund addition to Amazon Pay account) and international gateways.
 
Done. . . Just had to wait a little
