We cant find out on our own from stats as stats showing modulation type ADSL2+. possibility is they might have fixed the maximum attainable rate on yours as previously you were on 1024. Only reliance tech can answer it.

hmm ya .. but oh well ... all in all ... the internet should work best ... & it is .. i guess i must learn to satisfy with that ... lol ... thanks for the info tho ... :thumbup1:
EDIT :
well well welllll ..... i decided to opt for quarterly plan of thunder 699, & as i thought, here .. check this out now ...

After the plan was upgraded to BOLT_699Q_2048KB, i was back to the old everything ... old SNR ... & old line rate(tho its still 4mbps line rate as was before this all change happened.)
What i think might be that either it was a technical error ... or was just a temp testing or .. well may be the exchange guy just let the max line rate & everything loose, because i had a adsl link not coming issure a few days back & just before this change(as i mentioned few pages back) & after the technician visited my place, it must be that he might have done this. lol ... when i requested for a plan change the system might have reset itself back to square one he he he .... :playful:
(Tho nothing muchchanged in terms of browsing speed & ping, still get about 270-340KB/s as the line rate is still 4mbps only difference is that my upload is back to stock ....means no more 1.1mbps upload anymore :nonchalance: :numbness: .... .)

I started my download at 10 PM. About to finish.
Considering reviews from my other friends who have a similar (slightly less) config as me, frames won't be that good. A friend of mine was getting 45 fps avg at high settings. He has GTX650 and I have a 660. Thats the only difference.
What about you ?
