Problems with Reliance Broadband Thunder Plans

Totally new issue. As soon as internet is on load like playing a multiplayer game,packets start dropping and ping rises to as high as 3000ms! Which makes the game unplayable. Someone help me out...why is this happening

ummm .. using direct rcom modem to pc or modem + router setup ? on Adsl or Metro ? windows version ? Which game ? is the problem with only that game or everything else too ??
 
Using a Belkin wireless router. ADSL Connection.Windows 7 64bit. Problem started today morning. Happens with any sort of multiplayer game.Tested on BF3,BOII and MW2. Happens only with games and no effect on streaming videos. Theres no way i can test by directly connecting to modem as it is way too far from pc. What I tried : Resetting router and modem.

hmm.... may be its a router issue how old is it ? try to borrow a router from a friend just to test ? may be it could be a router issue can't be sure but seems like on load the router might be over heating or something.
 
You just need to fill in your contact details. I would forward the list of people who fill in to the CNBC reporter. Who would contact you directly. No need to describe your bad experiences rightaway!
 
Finally DOT complained worked this time( 7-8th time).

Santosh followed up with Gulshan continuously and engineer finally upgraded the bandwidth and added 1 E1. ping came to normal as it should be on ADSL.

wow great .... i was getting 45-60ms earlier now past week or so i am always on 110-120 plus :'( ... hell i don't want to go through all the mental trouble of calling reliance customer care all day long to resolve this :'( ..

ARE YOU GUYS TOO GETTING THIS MUCH PING ?? plz share !
