I'm a Vodafone postpaid subscriber from the last two years and have never faced such problems. I have changed my plan couple of times via Vodafone portal. Keeping my fingers crossed. If such things happen with me i'll just dump the connection right away and will even file a suit against them in Consumer Court.

I have activated VMC299 2GB GPRS plan and it got activated from current billing cycle i.e. 25th Feb. I have a netcounter on my mobile which shows the data usage till now from the 25th as 77MB. But I have noticed that my unbilled usage has shot up to Rs.820 in just 5 days. My unbilled usage never crossed Rs.500 mark for the whole billing cycle. My other usage i.e. calls and sms are the same, no change at all.Is this normal??? Anyone else using the same data plan have noticed this?

First time user na? something similar had happened to me on Airtel when i had activated BIS and then cancelled it the very next day.Don't worry, just call their CC, speak to a supervisor and lodge an official complaint that your unbilled amount is shooting up exponentially. Also take down the complaint number. Then send an email to them to be safe on all sides.I tell u what, when smth like this happened with me on airtel, towards the end of my billing cycle, the unbilled amount had gone above 5.5k. I was sh1t scared and ported out of Airtel...... then when Airtel actually generated the bill, it turned out to be just 256 rupees LoL

Yes, first time user for Vodafone Mobile Connect :). I have already lodged a complaint, noted down the complaint number and even emailed the problem to them. Anyway my credit limit is Rs.2100 so it cannot go beyond that. But if they are giving 2GB limit, technically we cannot use that 2GB due to the low credit limit. Just a guess. Keeping my fingers crossed

This makes me happy that I'm a Vodafone customer. This is the kind of speed and ping I'd expect in any other country on Vodafone - it seems that Vodafone might be doing 3G properly. Here's hoping it continues to perform this way.My phone supports 10.2mbit/s - I almost can't wait to test it on that.

why voda charge me, im 3gb free download-er,if he charge 63.87 rs then maybe free data is around 1gb. but i download 200mb.:ashamed:
