thats quite interesting. i dont think any hutch guy would do that, he must be some private telemarkerter.a query regarding hutch DND, do you get sms regarding hutch offers (on call/sms rates) after activating DND?

No.... no SMS from Hutch after DND activation. All automated messages stops once and for all!!!

Call 111 and ask them to remove u from DND...........They should be more than happy to do it.....................I am surprised why u want to get irritated and disturbed by their sms'es and automated calls?

i am actually irritated with their sms/calls. the only thing i would like to know is about their promotional offers.now im thinking even that wont be of any use, so will just activate DND.

What are the sms/calls about, they are about offers/promotions/caller tunes/ringtones/ etc etc........................U cant eat the cake and also have it..............Either u opt for DND or be out of it and welcome all disturbances from Hutch......

What the telemarketer did was bad indeed.

However, why did you have to abuse him in the first place? If you were in his place and the customer abused you without your fault (since you are doing your job). How would you feel dude?

Also do not be ignorant of your rights as a customer.
