^ Correction.Vodafone says it has absolutely NO NETWORK CONGESTION.Problem is that the users have increased and they may not have enough Ports per tower or insufficient spectrum to handle the extra users, but VF isn't agreeing that the problem is at their end

Shouldn't some one report this to the authorities that VF is misleading Users by FALSE ADVERTISEMENT via their very own website?

Oh atleast the Vodafone guys in here agree its their mistake. :) Like mentioned, the amount of users has increased and these guys are still on the old infrastructure. Hence the cause of these problems.

yes yes!! but even TRAI is not allotting enough spectrum for thse GSM players....dunno whats going on, in the end only one set of people will suffer and thats "consumers":@

But shld Vodafone be allowed to make promises of great service and entice Gullible customers, when it knows fully well that they cannot be supported.I mean should the Profits of VF be above the Convenience of consumers?Shouldn't the authorities first ensure that Service Providers give decent service to existing Customers, before the company is allowed to fool more people and thus.....;;Increase its profits;;Increase the frustration of existing and new consumers alikeLooks like VF services will soon be as bad as "sadela sarkari MTNL"

Welcome to India my dear friend, nothing is gonna change here..Government is least concerned abt the people and they themselves r behind the bribes and other things from Big players like Vodafone.

But, India is surely changing..now people r becomig more and more aware of thse kinda things, maybe we can see people kicking out Vodafone from India unless and until they provide what they said..

I think Even thse GSM players are like filthy politicians, they promise a lot of things before election and after that they r least concenered abt anything...Vodafone were promising to bring Innovation to india and in Turn they spolied the call quality and network which HUTCH offered us..

Well, They should either provide good service or shud be Fuc**d off from here:@

I think they have removed this from their website, anyways Vodafone is playing there filthy games in Indian market...they need to be thought some lessons soon or they will ruin us..

hmmmmmmmmm.......Big Money (VF)walks in and then gets straight down to unethical practices to recover their investmentsReminds me of the Big Promises made by Ambanis when they said "Mere Baap ka Sapna, sapka Mobile Apna)Sad sad way to begin the day !

hey vodafone is a nice network.. i think it only gives the cheapest recharges next to bsnl
