Problems with Vodafone India

There network in Bangalore seems to be getting worse from bad.. Call drops have increased so much.. and sometimes it says.. This number is not reachable even my phone has full network :frown:
 
Alright guys. Here comes the climax. As I had said, I would keep you guys updated about this issue when I receive my bill for July 09. So finally, I received the bill and there was a credit of Rs.14.08. :dance: Uff....Thank God..Better late than never..! :irock:Just look at me. I received the offer in June and I actually made use of the offer in July...!!! :P:isorry:ISSUE RESOLVED.To Vodafone : YOU SUCK.....!! :ishock::evil:
 
well, My experience with them was equally horrible if not worst. Just go through my threads on Vodafone to read about my experiences with them.You know the thing which makes you more angry is that whenever you call their CC those people claim they are the biggest service provider is Delhi which sounds like a joke in itself. With the kind of service they provide i don't even expect them to have 10% market share in delhi.Idea is 10 times better than them at least they don't cheat customer's.:@
 
heh. i had their prepaid connection. i had once thought about going postpaid. thank god i did not. i probably left them to move to tata indicom for tata-to-tata free scheme. also from what i remember. vodafone had consumed 1000 bucks worth of money which i paid through icici backend which were never reflected in my prepaid account. i tried getting the refunds but vodafone just made it so hard that i discarded the idea of online recharging after that.
 
^^Ohhh! that's not good stuff. Vodafone sucks!!!!!:@Instead of saying WHEVER YOU GO OUR NETWORKS FOLLOWS YOU they should say WHEVER YOU GO WITH VODAFONE TROUBLE FOLLOWS YOU :S:grin:
 
@Moto,Ya, I had gone through several threads of yours previously and I already know that you suffered a lot. Man, I think Hutch was much better but the moment they changed to Vodafone, it has just been worse. And those bunch of people at VF doesnt even seem to show the slighest hint of improving...!! :frown:
 
at least with hutch, they portrayed themselves as a premium service. so they had to provide better services which was i guess possible due to much lower customer base. now that they are competing heads on with airtel, the customer support has disappeared and every good thing has become history.
