i got the RS.95 recharge for 500mb vodafone live internet web surfing and downloading usage for 30 days.

at time of recharge my balance was RS.205.41. and i got a confirmation message of recharge successful.
after that i started using it
after some web browsing, ovi downloads.
i checked keeping my balance in between to make sure that plan has been activated and it was not decreasing.
but all of a sudden after youtube usage
my balance came down and it's now only RS.148.31. :huh:

called up vodafone.
customer care was clueless.
they said wait their system takes 4-24 hrs to update.
upon my asking wether my 60 rupees will be credited back he said he can only tell if i call after 4-24 hrs.
so whose fault is it?
one thing i noticed i got message of recharge successful at 8:52 pm
but i got message at 9:44 pm that unlimited data has been activated
so please tell how to tackle this situation.
and will i get my money back.
and how to tackle the vodafone customer care.
i will go to vodafone store if nothing happens
i want my balance back
It may not be vodafone fault
what settings you are using?
like Airtel has different settings for airtel live & nop
first confirm whether you are using the correct settings or not
