a lot went wrong with the build in the last two months. graphic driver or monitor related. and i haven't found out how to fix it. graphic driver glitches out randomly if i play videos in chrome and windows think monitor resolution changes when the display wakes up and resizes all windows. if i could use macos, i would have dumped this setup and got myself a mac mini. but the most optimal option is to give linux a try and see if these issues are Windows Driver related and not the onboard gpu or monitor lol. anyways, it is how it is.

Honestly it feels like MacOS gives a better experience now (even with a base model MacBook Air or Mac Mini)

yeah i mean it would also get a price hike sooner than later. existing stock might be an extremely good deal if you can work with it. it is possible that Apple might have longer deals that would let them buy ram at regular prices. they definitely do plan stuff like that much better than their competitors.
