BAD NEWS:
Today (in Ahmedabad), we had a rain since last night (1st rain of this season). Lightening, clouds and just a bit of heavy rain... BIG TV signals were keep losing off very frequently.
It was showing a following message:
SIGNAL LOST
Please, check your cable connections. If the problem persists, please call BIG TV Customer Care.
Check this out (you may not be able to read it but at least can see it)
There are other minor problems too. They might not be awared of it.
Today while navigating channel list, it was breaking off after a particular channel number (I tried to repeat it 3-4 times and same results all the time). Everytime when i restart a same procedure (of navigating channels from menu), when we scroll it down, that list which goes UP was actually even going out of it's small box!!!
Funny!!!
They might have hired incapable staff. They are not technically sound that can make a strong system (or even can TEST and FIND their own faults).
I am going to report this to CC and lets see what they say. I may demand to give me a newer STB (same as shown on a website).
