ya you are right it is due to my fault i have immedtly. purchased the same with out any proper survey. but a reputed company like reliance giving bad service like this it is unbelivable, i hope it will improve comming days (always "hope" is the bank balance for indian peoples). but now i decided to go back to dishtv, which is i already have one connection in my home (thank god i have purchased only 1 connection of Bigtv)

again one problem from today morning 8.45 AM signal Lost not work yet. complient registerd. my last complient was on 26.08.2008 and again toady 04.09.2008 (after 8 days). totay complient registered in 8 days is 173632 it is also really BIG.:thumb:

one thing about big tv is its service is BIG , channel list is big & now Problem list also BIG :evil: :evil:

again complient Today (04.09.2008) : compl. No. : 752**740

Total Complient from 26.08.2008 to 04.09.2008 : 5,36,778.00 nos.

Av. per day complient : 59642 nos.

Hahhahaa..... Crazy guys!!!! I didnt raise any complaints since 2 weeks (after they gave me a brand new STB - a same one they are giving after commercial launch) - a new one with a new logo... Since then - NO PROBLEM TV HO TO BIG TV HO - warna na ho!!!!!!!!

Designwebgraphics, Please post the images of both the STBs. I am not able to understand the difference between both the STBs.

how u get this new one please give me some idea, i am totally worried about my old STB (replaced one). every channal chaining time required 5-10 min and always signal lost problem. please advice.

call your local dealer and make a complaint - they will come and change your STB - simple!
