Yeh, and you all have to think "Then how India, Inc. will survive with such people from employees to top management who doesnt care to care their customers but just to avoid them answering to their questions!!!"Hope, our India keeps shining even in such conditions and with such people!!!
 
guess, all customer care are the same, be it dish, tata, or big :wall:

For my friend in UK, tiscali is the broadband service provider. When he contacted the CC, he managed to learn, by luck, that the service was provided from India. He could get excellent support and solution for his problem, when these two managed to establish regional and language similarities.

May be knowing the CC executive's 'gotra' will help!!!
 
Yeh, many companies in abroad are now outsourcing to indian call center (my friend in Australia had such a bad experience when he called "Mc. Donald" CC to tell them a problem with their burger they delivered).They also get annoyed with our people here who are answering for nothing!!!
 
Just now i called up BIG TV CC to ask about new channels and this time i promised myself only to concentrate asking "WHEN" it would be added. So in the beginning he started "jaldi se jaldi channels badh jayenge" I was keep asking "WHEN? - i want to know a date"He said, "hamare paas uski jaankaari nahi hain"I said, "to jiske paas jaankaari hain, usse baat karaao"He said, "kisi ke paas uski jaankaari nahi hain"I said, "kya baat kar rahe ho? itna bada reliance hain, koi to planning karta hoga na? seniors se baat karaao"He said, "sir, unke paas bhi jaankaari nahi hain" - what a stupid answer.I said, "arey wah, tuje kaise pata chala ke uske paas jaankaari nahi hain" :) LOLHe said, "kisi ko nahi pata hota hain ke naye channels kab add honge. aapko jananaa hain to me Bata to raha hoon ke - jald hi jald - add ho jaayenge"I said, "jald hi jald matlab kab? 2 hours ke baad? hahahaha.... wo answer to me 2 mahine se sun raha hoon - jald hi jald add ho jayenge, muje seniors se baat karaao"He said, "agar unse hi baat karni hoti to unka number nai dete... hame sab pata hota hain, humse hi pucho"I said, "jo pucha wo to pata nahi hain, kya humse pucho!!!!" :) LOLHe said, "hame itna hi pata hain ke jald se jald add honge"I said, "agar kisi ko nahi pata to anil ambani ko phone do, unse hi puchh leta hoon" (many things that i am not mentioning as they are almost repetitive and his stupidity) and finally after 8 minutes of such funny conversation, he cut it off!!!!!! :rofl:
 
Lol funny conversation. :rofl:You should have called him again and asked why he disconnected. They are not authorised to cut the phone themselves.
 
I wish..... but unfortunately in these CC, everytime we call - we get to talk to a different person and not a same one else i could have done that :D
 
After a long followup's I got a new STB in last week. from yesterday the same problem again in new STB (hanging / automatically restarting). again called to CC and after 21 min. conversation i got a new complient number. i also called ISP and they have checked the STB and confirmed it was a faulty and bring alongwith them without any replacement (they don't have addtional one to replace). as per them they need 3-4 days for repair / replace. so no BIGtv viewing for further 3-4 days.

i have purchased big tv on 23rd July

1st problem faced (hanging) on 28th july (just after 5 days of purchase) repaired on 30th july (no viewing for 2 days)

2nd problem faced (autmatically restarting) on 25th August (After 25 days) STB replaced with a demo STB on 26 aug (no viewing for 1 day)

3rd problem faced on 27th Aug (signal lost and long waiting for channals) STB replaced with new one on 6th Sep. (no viewing for 10 days or viewing with lot of problem)

4rd problem faced on 16th Sep. (again hanging / automatically restarting problem) no action taken yet (already lost 3 days and further waiting for 3-4 days)

Total no of days lost in 55 days = 19 days and still wating for. (also lost so much amount in telephone charges every time need 20-25 min conversation with CC) Its really BIG
 
Guess, it's bad luck as similar issues are happening with few customer's and not all of them, see if u can escalate, write to them and get some compensation :thumb:
 
Compensation? In India?Joke of 2008!!!!Boss, not possible. Companies here are only in business to cheat customer and they have 2 major motto:[1] Never compensate anyone[2] Always have "Conditions Apply" at last (irrespectively they have relevant or irrelevant products)(agar conditions hi apply karni hain to products bechte hi kyu ho? marketing hi kyu karte ho!!! factory me production hote hi bol do - "Conditions Apply")Unless each and everyone get out of corruption from their mind, India will suffer from such issues.:cry:
