Reliance Jio Fiber Broadband Plans (Official)

I'm curious what their IPTV offering would be? Is it just OTT content or will we get channels, etc.? I am not interested in the broadband services, but if with the base plan I can get their TV services + landline, I would save some money from my current Tata Sky setup.

Also, what is their pricing on additional TV?

they are offering JIO HOME GATEWAY (WORTH 5,000) + JIO 4K SET TOP BOX (WORTH 6,400) free with even three months subscription. first-day-first-show-movie and other specials are included in diamond and above plans.

Did they not even do a PC or event and just leaked it on their site and to the press? I think they have anniversary event tomorrow. How much do you save compared to others if the FTA base TV pack is included in this?

I am confused about the Gold annual plan. Someone clarify to me.

Its written 2-year plan but 12000 GB data. So that 12000 GB is over 2 years or 12 months?

If its 2 years then it comes out to be 500GB per month then how is it double data/100% extra?

But I think they r toning down the expectations to launch real plans. I asked my JIO manager to confirm, and he asked me to wait.

Today, Hathway also called me and offered 100mbps/no fup for RS 550 all in. I'm sure they must be having some hint to JIO plans.

How come hathway called you? did you stop paying them? Hathway never calls me and I am paying them 750+gst for 150mbps plan in delhi for 200gb fup I guess?

sincerely hope other ISPs do not turn the screws on FUP/unlimited plans looking at these plans. even Tier 3 cities have much better plans than what Jio could conjure up after months in hibernation.

Yeah I love my excitel 300mbps fiber plan for 1.2k I hope they don't screw us over
