I believe that they are going to do the same thing they did wih 4G.
Initially they announced 399 plan with validity of 28days with 1Gb/day.
But they increased validity to 84 days and data to 1.5 gb/day.
The current jiofiber tariff is like a placeholder for fending off the competition and the regulator.
 
At this point, i believe, they aren't even starting billing before 2020. It was just a hoopla to divert people from anticipating plans to actively start discussing plans and do a free word of mouth for them.
 
Imagine that a newspaper like The Economic Times which is the world's second-most widely read business newspaper is publishing this article.
 
Of course they have the billing system. What is required to even make a billing system? They are going to use the same billing system as they have for the Mobile (since it's working on pre-paid).

The only thing is they need to improve their services (at-least provide the speeds which they are offering in their plans) + give some better plans. 799 or something for 100 GBs is not realistic.
