@AftabIN@johndoe69 looks like Jio has restricted enabling LiveTV subscription after payment. I tried it too and nothing happened. 100rs gone in the drain

Currently live tv is not working for anybody even if we subscribed that hwip all india test package of Rs98.99
@AftabIN For me it is showing but I see only 1 channel in the MyJio app.
And the typical error when I open LiveTV app. I am using own router + ONT, so maybe that's expected, but I don't think they will release anything this early in Chhattisgarh.
Go to mobile section or fiber section then tap on switch account then scroll down. There you can find live tv account, click on it, it will show all your details related to live tv, channels, stb rsn no., your payment details, troubleshooting etc
@VinayakaSP did you received sms from bank after payment
I have seen some cases in chats groups also where user is mentioning this type of error that they have done payment but still live tv is not get linked to their fiber account and is not showing in myjio app. When they tried for 2nd time then again redirecting to payment process.
@AftabIN I guess I deleted the transaction message received from bank.
I don't see Live TV account when I go to switch account. No LiveTV plans listed when I select Fiber. I'm on plan 999 only that's shown
