Or Maybe they are migrating customers who registered interest in STB after the launch of commercial plans on 6th sept.
 
Just now all my 40GB (current) and 100GB (queued) plans/recharges have expired (my current free preview was supposed to expire on 25th Dec but they all gone now) and my plans is now a paid plan that i paid for yestarday and was in queue since then.

also now I see the option to buy data pack....Too expensive. :(

One more thing they are right you need to buy a paid plan first only then you will be able to see "4k Set top Box (reedem)" option in my jio app under "My Vouchers" link...

I'm not seeing the data voucher option, just the plans and combo. I'm guessing only people who paid for main plans have access to data vouchers. My 199 plan is still in queue.

Yes, because there is no additional data with combo plan that's why u are not seeing the voucher
