@bigman91 lol, so it's useless to opt for base 100mbps plan if u can recharge combo plan individually so u can get 100 Mbps 4000 GB at 940 pm

@Nitin Yes exactly what I had in mind, also considering the data plans in Bangalore from diff ISPs are really bad compared to other states the 199 plan seems attractive along with Airtel's 299 unlimited pack. Also the combo plan says "introductory" so I'm guessing it might change.

@bigman91 ya, the plan may change after few months. The Airtel 299 plan only gives 3333 GB pm but it can be chosen to any plan

They had a comp at my society today and these are the apps you will get access to:
Hotstar , SonyLiv, Voot, ALT Balaji, Paramount, Eros Now, Jiocinema, Jio Savan, disney

On asking he said yes data consumed by these apps will be deducted from the broadband data, Can anyone confirm?

@Nitin Does the 299 plan provide speed as per main plan. (eg: Let's say I opt for 999 plan which gives upto 200 Mbps, will the same speed be provided if I select the 299 plan ?

@terminator881 - On the Jio site it does say "Entertainment OTT apps - 3 times" for 699 and 899 plans, so I'm guessing it's limited to three months.

It uses data, otherwise, it violates net neutrality.
