Reliance Jio Fiber STB (7.0) stucks on Boot Loop.

Hello folks, I have JIO STB having Android 7.0 (one w/ two USB ports on the side). From last night it keeps on rebooting over and again to welcome screen. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Edit - I can't find any physical reset button which I can press with a pin or something to get into Factory reset.
