May be Dhan Dhana Dhan was previously named Grace offer.

Googling shows same charge and same benefits.

I think the way they r updating their database is first apply benefits to more than 1GB user. Next apply it to 1GB user.
Then they'd remove new year offer.
For people who havn't recharged anything, grace plan with voice+sms for 3months.
