Reliance thunder 1099 - 4 Mbps?

So I was desperately looking for a cheap, fast internet connection when, I found this reliance plan which is-

Reliance Thunder 1099 - 4 Mbps [No FUP Limit]

So I wanted to know whether this plan is you know, any good? If anyone is already using it please tell me about it

I am using the 4 Mbps plan for the last two years and it gives excellent speed without any FUP limit. But from Jan 2014 my connection is getting off from 7 PM to 10 AM everyday and on Sundays . I have complained to Reliance at least 25 times but no action has been taken.
It is good till it works, if there is a major problem you will never get any customer service......Think twice before taking.........I did a mistake by paying them one year in advance and now I am in trouble........

I don't think the Jio will be able to give better customer service........only time will tell...but Mukesh is a better businessman then Anil who is busy with bollywood and hollywood stars.........)
