Reset syrotech modem

Hi, how do I Reset my Syrotech modem?
Then I want to configure it myself, but where do I find my username and password?
Isn't it a customer's right to know their username and password?
If I ask in BSNL, would they tell me?

Also can anyone recommend me a better or best fiber modem and router, preferably from TP-Link, 1k to 4k range?

Your local store will have these at a cheaper rates, so do check from those shops as well.

I suggest don't buy an ONT. Instead bridge mode the current ONT and use a different router. For username, password, VLAN and other relevant details ask the person who configured your device. You can also save your current settings from the ONT using the options available in the UI.
