So Jio is behind me offering their FTTH connection in Bangalore (Kasturi Nagar - OMBR Layout), I had expressed interest on their site. Over the last 2-3 days, 3 people have called me, and I have asked them to come tomorrow, I might just take it as a backup. There is only a refundable Rs 4500 security deposit at this point and no rental or recurring charges.

Will meet the guy tomorrow and see how it goes.

Even on the WiFi, those pings are horrible. Specially the Mumbai one. God Bless Jio.

I wonder, how much packet loss Jio might have because of latency.

I contacted someone from local Jio office here in Dehradun, he said they will start giving out connections here in another 2 months or so. I am not too hyped up about Jio I would be more excited if Airtel or ACT brought their fibre services here.

Also keep getting the same connection in two months excuse for 4 months now.
