Shift BSNL Connection

Hi,
I am going to shift my house next week, i need to shift my BSNL Connection too, can u pls tell me.
For Shifting, shall I raise complient in internet or i need to go to BSNL office and give complient for shifting.

You can do it on the internet via selfcare portal. Also it would be a service request, not a complaint.

I have one doubt on shifting BSNL, In my area there is no slot left for new connection, if i shift to new area one person will get my connection in my area.
Now i had one doubt, why bsnl has limited slot, why are not able to provide BSNL connection to everyone, why they have some limitations....?
