Playstore downloads were not working for me and others as well in our locality,would stop after few percents,so changed my router to ipv4 only and downloads are working fine from playstore and also speed and ping improved a bit.

But the fact remains, Samsung networking gear is unheard of. Let's see how they do in the long run.

Samsung is doing great Job as Jio is the only network which has Pan india 3CA and 4x4 Mimo on 2 Carriers.

Yes, they have specs, but they don't deliver. I get 0.30 Mbps on Jio LTE. So much for MIMO and CA.
