@nuian i have tried that also I will restart my router will post the result with 117 ip series there is no change. @Oppili the 1442 mtu solve the Unsplash loading problem but no improvement to other websites also 8.8.8.8 ping increases.

@Oppili is there any way to know where the exact problem is because pings are ok can traceroute show.

I think you should post the traceroute as well. I have been experiecing this issue while using Telegram, and I just stopped using it for now for (file sharing). The only savior was Cloudflare as it is in your case. Pretty sure forum members can help you find the issue. But yeah, do register a complaint at the portal.

U should contact ur lco/franschisees regarding the issue if it happened few days ago.Maybe the issue is from there end.

try lowering mtu further by 10 value 5 or 6 times
check bsnl's own speedtest , see Ethernet works
