So, it basically means i can open any site which is hosted in India, while it will take forever to load any site which is hosted in other countries. Damn its a pretty good mess, i hope it fixes soon.

nothing is definitive. i mean sites hosting inside india should work well like this forum. international sites might have local presence through content delivery networks.

So that's it then?
I am not even able to access Battlelog to play Battlefield 3.
And what about all the other important sites?
We just sit and watch?

i am sure there are far more important sites that are inaccessible to indian web users right now. and this is something that has happened in the past and could happen in the future as well.

For the last 72 hours the situation is unchanged.
MF the bsnl/vsnl networks, it seems the others using the bharti or reliance gateways are working better. Nothing can be accessible except youtube... lol viewing the youtube videos as nothing can be done other than that & ya, torrenting if I can get the torrent file or the magnet link.
These bastards should be thrown away in the Bay of Bengal.

Anything else you experts suggest me ? So bottomline is its either the line connection to be replaced or as the result of the ongoing Undersea cable cut near Egypt slows down Internet in Africa, Middle East, South Asia ?

Yeah, there are far more important sites Indian users will not be able to access to, current situation will be worst for every Indian user when office work starts from Monday. All we can do is wait and watch, fixing the cable underwater is tougher then it looks... I guess no bf3 as well until than....
