Slow speeds on BSNL Broadband

BSNL seems to be back to their crappy best yet again after only a day of stability. Internet is getting intermittently disconnected today with severe pinging issues. Even Youtube is working crappy today and nothing including Indian websites are that good today. My connection is not even half of my plan speed today that too to Indian servers leave apart international ones. Tried out a ping and a couple of tracerts to Yahoo and here are the results:

Rainy season would arrive in a month or so and more crap can be expected then at least in my state Assam.
NOTE: Trying to upload just 10 MB files without any success for the last 2 hours :bangheadagainstwall: .. As soon as upload starts, the internet ping disconnects and the whole upload process starts again .. has been happening for 2 hours now. .. meh

darn you guys, i never had any problems with any websites throughout the issue ; i just changed my route n things were normal 
during the so called outage the mumbai egypt link was affected ; but the chennai singapore california link was perfectly normal ;
i am on home 750 UL ; with 7% price hike this should be 800 UL ; but i average 120 KB/sec on all downloads and i always cross 20+ GB within first 10 days of a new month.
so if your speeds are still slow get your line quality checked. ; i use a multi instead of drop wire ; and the fun part is my lineman says io have BURNED many wires in the multi LOL

BSNL is going down everyday for me now for the last few days. Even Indian sites do not work at that time or even if connected take like 3-4 minutes to even open a page. For example, it is piss pathetic for the last few hours even today and I am not able to open any site most of the time. After dozens of tries, IBF opened up but the page keeps on loading for nearly 5 minutes. Youtube has been terrible on several days in the last one week. The videos and video pages do not open up at times. Anybody else facing these issues? Yesterday night also there were problems especially with Youtube etc. for several hours. Things are only getting bad to worse in recent days. :nonchalance:
