PTCL has reported early morning today that they have restored 100% services today. If i remember correctly they were worst hit by the se-me-wea 4 damage. Interesting part is that they are saying about restoration through other investments they have made in submarine cables. It clearly shows that se-me-wea 4 has not been fixed till date. May be some other cable like EIG or IWEME has been fixed. If it is EIG then i think that nightmare of bsnl users is nearly over.

I think it got even worse today.
I was not even able to stream from other sites.
And I think latencies just went up by another 50 MS.

I am thinking only one thing, When they will repair the line??? They should took 1 or 2 year to repair it, We can't do anything against them, We have no way than waiting.... Just hate BSNL lines...
The nightmare if over guys. i got 175ms ping to london and 5.63 mbps download speed on speedtest.

My pings remain good throughout sunday. seems BSNL care for us on a holiday. It can be because of less sunday traffic.
