also contains this statement "When contacted, an ESPN Star official said negotiations with Tata Sky were still going on." So lets hope

We will definitely miss the first day of the Lord's test but there is a slim chance that we might get to watch the match from 20/07/07. This has been conveyed by a senior official of Tata Sky northern region.

Absolutely right Harshal, if they keep on doing these stupid things they wont be getting any new customers for sure n they will also starting to loose the existing customers very soon. So, I believe Tata Sky will add the Star Cricket to its bouquet at any cost as soon as possible, Otherwise nobody can help them out in atrracting new customers.:wall::wall::wall:

They have to add star cricket because without it they wont get single new customer.And many existing customers will disconnect.

NEW DELHI: Sports broadcaster ESPN on Wednesday struck a deal with DTH operator Tata Sky for carrying its new channel Star Cricket and is negotiating with some cable operators including Hathway and Citi Cable.
The develpment would allow Tata Sky's subscribers to watch the India-England cricket series which begins on Thursday.

Just I spoke to Tata Sky CC.Instead of asking anything I told him that THE DEAL BETWEEN TATA SKY AND ESPN IS SIGNED LATE NIGHT.Then he said "yes this is true news but we have some legal procedures left which will take some time."
