hi friends im umair.my cousin is a dishtv dealer and his shop is beside my house and he is a illiterate person.i also sit on his shop and he always take help from me abt dishtv yesterday he ask me to call dishtv major dealer zahid bashir no. and we chat with him abt star cricket launch then he told us that he will call dishtv office later then he call us and told us that it will launch on dishtv before Tata Sky.but we were not satisfied.we have good relations with two zee tvs editors sulman and rakeesh and today 7 pm nigh he told us a good news for all dth customersthat dish tv on 10th july has signed a contract with star cricket and it will launch on dishtv 18 july 11pm night.he also told us that dishtv has rights to launch it now but they r waiting for the approval from nimbus because they want to launch four chanels together star cricket,neo sports,neo sportrs plus,neo news.

Please provide me the information whats given in the orkut link as i am not able to get into that site as in my office Orkut is been locked.

It is good news for Dishtv users as geting 4 channels.but where is the 4th channel Neo News? it is not launched yet. so how can they talk bout it. i dont know if thy info is true also. but hope so:thumbsup: he could well be another brother of that person an_.... who posted he is getting star cricket

Well thats good news for Dish Tv users.But what about Tata Sky.Will we get Star Ckt and Neo b4 Dish Tv.Now Tata Sky is getting worst day by day and Dish Tv is always improving.It would be shame if Dish tv gets Star Ckt first.

dishtv is adding all pay channel on its platform whereas Tatasky adding FTA ones such as DD kashir, and now recently Tv9 kannada.

Dishtv is lucky enough to have DD DTH beside it so that it does not need to add them.

Guys if Dish Tv gets Neo, we will also get as the CC of TataSky are insisting that they are working with Neo for longterm basis. Star Cricket we will get it before july 19th.

I have just got an query. 3 days back i spoke to CC they told me that in TataSky all the channels are pay channel. Does that men like FTA channels are pay channels in TataSky as well as in Dish TV if yes whats the reason behind that .

tata managers are idiots... having a 20% stake in star they are not able to add it bfor dish... it shd b a shame to them!!

Well I don't know much about Neo channels but my Dish Tv dealer (Welcome Home applince) told me that Channel agreement has been done and channel would be added by 18th july.

So I am hopefull about this.

I must say this is a best forums to get good information because they have good information staff. In past they told about Sahara channels and new channels in May and now we have those channel from June. So they are very accurate in this.

So I am now very happy to get that news.
