hi friends this is my first post though i have been reading everything here for the past week. i live in mumbai. i have a friend who is in BCG who has a friend in tata energies. he has comeback to us just now saying that whatever dealing thats going on between Tata Sky ans ESS is not gonna work out atleast before the first match. he told us just to keep our fingers crossed an hope that we get to c the from the 2nd match onwards:madness::madness::madness::madness: so i think the only option left for me is either to go for dish tv or miss the match. dunno what to do. i sincerely hope this guy of tata energies is wrong....

Well Star cricket is not part of Star India but its a channel by ESPN/Star. Well Dish Tv and ESS have good relationship because both channels are only channel which is available on Dish TV since lunched and there is no problems in ESS and Dish TV.

ESS want to promote this channel and they will put this channel on both DTH oprators soon because they knew what happen with Neo who sucks to provide good offers and now hardly few people watch Neo.

We have moved from one building to another just a few days back. The TV was working fine till 5 days back with all the channels veiwable. However, thhe screen got blank suddenly 5 days back to which I had registered a complaint with your service center. Yesterday your engineer visited our site. On seeing the site moved, he behaved with us in a totally unprofessional manner & tried to manhandle us. His behaviour in front of house lady was totally unpresentable. We had to literally throw him out. Looking at the service attitude, I had immediately folded up the TataSky Box & thrown out of my house & taken the connection from your rivals.

We are now forced to take the course of law & see you in the court. thats what there service they are providing to customers

Friends, I was so frustrated with the response of Tata Sky customer service team for all these days, that I wanted some new and authentic information regarding "Star Cricket". This forum and most of you guys have been of tremendous help. I called ESPN office Bangalore at 1330 hours and spoke to some Mr.Guneshwar. He has asked me to call after 1 hour as the person who knows about Star Cricket was on his lunch break. That gentleman's name is Mr.Murali. So, I'll call the office again and let you guys know about any latest developments.

Ajuravi, I called the office again, (I had a hunch)-couldn't get in touch with Mr.Murali. No new information. I really don't want to call Tata Sky today. Had enough of those idiots . The latest news is that Doordarshan is going to show one hour of highlights every day of the Test matches. The time schedulded is between 8p.m. to 9p.m. but I doubt it as the day would finish only at 10p.m. India time. I think now TATA Sky are going to come up with this crap about the highlights on Doordarshan. I have lost my hope of watching Star Cricket by tomorrow.:madness:

Hey man, atleast you have been genuinely trying. I just spoke to TATA SKY office in Chandigarh. Didn't speak to those junior customer care morons, had a word with a senior named Amit. He came up with the usual answer too. The funny thing is that these guys probably don't know about this forum. So I told him to read the kind of negative publicity that TATA SKY is getting on this forum. He noted down the web-link. Infact I read him a few stinky user comments as well. Atleast our good old DD will come up with highlights! Freakin ESPN-Star! Everything was going fine, now tthey had to come up with this channel!!!! Should have stuck to Star Sports and ESPN.
