Static IP improves service drastically

how come none of you are hitting your FUPs, is there any FUP on the Rs 999 2mbps unlimited plan.... and does the service become crap after that ?

I hit my 80GB FUP this month and speeds down to 2mpbs from my 4mbps plan.

I'm thinking of getting tikona since the only other ISP available in my area is BSNL. But the problem is, i've read horror stories all over the internet about tikona sending them bills and tormenting them even after cancelling the connection.
