WAG120N.
A couple of things - poor range, would suddenly stop broadcasting at random. Plus it would not display proper line stats. Look for WAG120N on this very forum.
BTW, I still have the stupid thing:sad:. I only use it as a modem now. Thank goodness for my
Netgear router.
TP-Link is solid, op you might want to check their offerings, Buffalo too has a router within the sub 2k range, but I find tp link to be the best vfm.
Linksys is good, but I feel a bit overpriced.
I have a friend who used to work for
Cisco tech support & he told me NOT to buy Linksys products. He also said that the AG series had a really bad reputation. The older ones were so much better. There are a few decent Linksys units, but it's a gamble.

D-Link or Netgear would be my choices based on what friends have told me & also, my experience with Netgear, but hey, it's your money. Do a lot of research & don't get stuck with a lemon, like me.
Remember, it's your primary connection to the internet & you are going to be stuck with it for a long time.,
