So @Nishant recently mentioned this one as he has been progressively replacing all fans at his place with these units.

I am considering getting one for trial before I can decide on whether to start replacing all the fans progressively as well.

Opinions?

There are four models. Need to look into difference between them. The top end model has a remote which removes the need for a regulator so that sounds cool.

Great thing is that it is also available on Flipkart and other stores these days.

Is leaves right word? I think they are called blades!

Btw fan looks more or less the same except blades which are given special shape possibly for higher air flow at same RPM.

i was planning to order from Amazon. totally bypassing the retailer altogether in terms of initial delivery. though of course... nishant's experience wrt the replacement and the fan itself when and if it works is important.

Have shot them an email. Maybe they're not working Saturday and Sunday. Let's see if they reply tomorrow. Even their livechat service on their home page was offline yesterday and today.

I got a call from them just now. They're sending a replacement of the main unit as well as the blades (i.e. everything except the remote, as it seems to be working fine).
