Tata Broadband: Does one get really 2mbps (esp in the night unlimited)

Its said "speed of upto 2mbps", so does one really get 2mbps

i.e,256KB/s (or atleast close to like 250 KB/s) or this just

one of those frauds.

Always 230-240 KB/s when dloading 2-3 healthy torrents . Http dloads can go till 140-200 KB/s depending on source ..

I am having packet drops today for a change . Browsing is fast but there "request time out's "

I get 1.8mbps stable speeds all night(Torrents & Distros)............the rest is lost due to Line conditions and my distance from My exchange.
I guess if I lived closer or my line was better,I would get the 2048kbps as promised.

For me RS speeds are slow with most of their servers. Max i get is 115KBPS..
